Hi
I hve got the following network enviromnet:
1*windows 2k3 SBS as domain controller
1*windows 2k server as TS server
clients are all windows XP

We just replace windows 2k3 SBS server with new hardware and reload the
windows 2k3 SBS server. We found in old 2k3 SBS server got terminal license
server installed.
Should we have to installed this terminal licnese server in new one as well?
If we do? is there any attentions we need to pay?

Many thanks

Yes, you have to install and activate the TS Licensing Services on
your domain controller.
If all of your clients run XP Pro (or W2K Pro), then you don't need
to install and TS CALs on the Licensing Server. These clients get a
free TS CAL from the TS Licensing Server, as soon as it is activated.

Check the EventLog on the TS for any errors. Youhave to make sure
that the TS can locate the new TS Licensing Server.
