We have several remote locations and TS clients from one location
suddenly disconnect and can't connect until TS server rebooted. (They
received the message TS server unaccessible or something like that)
Clients from other locations and in local network can connect without
problem. Restarting desktops of remote clients don't help. The
situation repeated 1-3 times per week.
I have checked TS logs, but there are no errors. CISCO routers
throught which remote site connected report no errors. I can connect to
remote clients using remote tools like Radmin or SMS remote control.
Does somebody have any ideas?

Any help will be appretiated.

Best regards,
Andrey
