Hi
Go a HP PSC 2710 printer-huge driver files etc to load all went well,
but near end of load insisted on rebooting on coming back up it wants
to carry on loading the software and warns that i should be in install
mode.
the question therefore is how to be in install mode at startup of the
system?
all help greatly appreciated

DO NOT INSTALL 3rd PARTY PRINTER DRIVERS ON TERMINAL SERVER!!!!! (unless they
are rigorously tested and certificed for use on TS/Citrix)

99.99999% of printer drivers that have an installation routine are NOT
designed for multi-user environments like TS.

Try using a driver like HP LaserJet 4, HP LaserJet 4500, HP DeskJet 550...
simple built-in drivers.

You will NOT, even with the 3rd party (manufacturer's driver) driver, have
use of any features other than printing.

Steven, more TS printing info here: (if you haven't seen these before,
please read before working with RDP printing)
http://www.workthin.com/tsp.htm
http://www.printingsupport.com/matrix.htm (know good driver mappings, i.e.
built-in drivers that work with unsupported printers)
