terminal server for some applications, on the clinets computer i have
windows 2000 and that's work good. I have problem with client computer
with NT4 this computer's cannot be in domain but this computer have to
use terminal client and connect to application server, so my licenses

im not really sure if i undestood you right.
If you actually dont have a problem, there is nothing to worry about. Even
when the Server(s) are domain Members (and hopefully not Domain controllers)
the clients are not required to be domain members themselves.
The TSCAL Certificate will be downloaded to the client at the login and
everything should be fine.

So do you have a problem, or was this more theoretical? If yes please
specify oder paste some error messages.

im sorry but i still cant see a problem here except that you say you have
one. without telling us what error you exactly encounter its verry hard to
help you.
The end of your message is simply the setup of your environment.

theres no problem conencting via the IP.
theres no problem for non Domain Clients.
there shouldnt be a problem with multihomed WTS, at least if they are
configured correctly.
ok you got CAL licenses.

You didnt say anything about TSCALs so i beginn guessing now:
Your 2k clients can connect because they use the "builtin licenses" from W2K
TS
You dont have the Terminal Server License Service installed and therefor you
dont have the TSCALs installed that NT4 needs to connect.

Buy a TSCAL Connection pack and install it or upgrade the NT4 client to 2K
or XP.

be sure to undersand licensing before you upgrade the WTS to 2003 because
that changed.
