Hello newsgroup,
we think about to use Citrix in our company. We also thinking about Windows
2003 terminal servers.
How do RDP-protocol from Windows behave to ICA?
Does someone know whitepapers, or investigations in addition?

RDP and ICA are similar protocols, however Citrix has added a lot of value
added features to ICA that improve the end-user experience. For a single
terminal server environment, Citrix is usually not required, except under
special circumstances. As you add more terminal servers, the need for a more
feature-rich management environment (like Citrix or Tarantella) becomes
evident.

Here's a good comparison of terminal server, and terminal server with the
addition of several common add-on products (including Citrix MetaFrame,
Tarantella, Jetro...).
