I had to reinstall my Terminal Server and since doing this i cant controll
users through TS Admin, you know where the list of users that are logged on
to the TS and you can right click on them and remote control them, but this
option is now greyed out.

Any ideas?

Which OS do you run on the TS?
Are you trying to do this from the console? That doesn't work, you
have to start an rdp sessions first.
