Remote Desktop Connections

I'm trying to connect to a Windows 2003 Server that has been Remote Deskop
activated and users have been added to the remote desktop list. Terminal
Services Configuration is ok. Terminal services and terminal services
licenses are not installed.

I am able to connect to the server using the administration username, but
I'm not able to use any other account to connect to the server.

What is required to connect to the server with a different user account?
Terminal Services?

Fixed: Win 2003 only allows 2 symultanious connections, so disconnected one.
