Terminal Server 2003 Sessions

I have clients connecting to a Windows 2003 Terminal Server that randomly get
a screen corruption or screen wash in their session. Their displays go
white, and all dektop icons and the taskbar disappear. If I shadow a session
when this happens, I see everything fine and as I move around the screen the
user can see screen contents reappearing. I've turned off screensavers and
power settings have been disabled, but this still occurs at least once a day
with 3 to 4 people.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are all of these people working remotely or are they on the local network?
Any errors in the event log of the TS when this happens?
Any resource problems during these orrurances, i.e. high memory usage or CPU
hungry processes/applications?
What RDP Client version are they using?
Are all sessions affected, or just a few or a single session?

I saw an MS article about this and Nvidia video cards.

I assume that you mean this article:

As far as I know, the symptoms of this problem are that you cannot
connect at all.

Wayne, have you tried to turn of "bitmap caching" on the Experience
tab of the rdp client?

Sorry about the slow response. I finally made it back to the location and
turning off bitmap caching did not resolve the issue. They are connecting
fine and they are all connecting to a local server with RDP Client 5.2. It's
only happening to a few usersand none of them are using Nvidia video cards.
