Help

I’m on a computer with Windows XP SP2; I’m trying to connect to a terminal
server using the RDP client in XP. The terminal server is windows 2000. Every
time I try to connect, I get this message “the remote computer disconnected
the session because of an error in the licensing protocol” Can some one tell
what this means and how to fix this problem?

Thanks
T.

Open the registry editor (Start>>Run>>regedit). In the left pane, delete the
key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing

Then try again.
