HELP ASAP!--Server didn't restart after restarting remotely

I used terminal services client to connect to a remote server as well as a
remote domain controller. I initiated a restart, but the restart never
completed, and now I can't use terminal service client or remote desktop to
get to the server. These boxes are both running Windows 2003 SP1, and on the
server I had just installed the June and July hotfixes. On the domain
controller I hadn't installed anything -- just restarted it to see if it
would pick up the automatic updates from WSUS. Please help. I need to get
the hotfixes installed, but all the boxes are remote and I'm afraid to try
any others until the problem is fixed.

Thanks!

Without knowing exactly what happened on the remote server, and what it's
doing now, you are just fumbling in the dark.
