remote users see no printers

I have 3 printers defined on the windows 2003 terminal server,
when a regular user logs in via rdp they do not see any printers.

Where is there visibility controlled? How to I make them accessible?

Also forgot to mention...

When I login is administrator, I see all 3 printers, but the security tab
shows only the text:

unable to display security information.
