Thin Client - Licensing Question

I am considering rolling out a thin client network but am unsure of the
licensing implications.

What I want to do is to offer remote desktops via Citrix to Winterms. Do I
need TS Cals for the WinTerms? Does this cover me for use of the Windows 2000
OS?

I also want to provide Microsoft Office. Some users need Professional and
some only Standard. Do I need a license for each client or by concurrent
connections - also any implications for the different versions?

Yes, you need a TS CAL for every connecting client - not concurrent
Yes, you need an Office license for every client which is used to
run Office - not concurrent
