I am running Windows XP, SP2 on a PC in one of my offices. I have CISCO VPN
client software and I can connect without trouble, but when I attempt to
connect to my customer's IP address using RDP after the VPN connection is
established, my computer hangs up for about a minute and then comes back with
this error:

"The connection to the remote computer was broken. This may have been
caused by a network error. Please try connecting to the remote computer
again."

In my other office, I use a Dell laptop, also running Windows XP, SP2 and I
can connect without difficulty.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

By the way, in both cases, the XP version is Pro. Also, I have already
deleted the MSLicensing registry key, with no effect.
