We are having issues with users and certain applications on our terminal
server. I deleted their profile under Documents and Settings (this worked
once before) and had her login again to see if it would solve the problem.
We are now getting an error when a new user logs in to create a new profile.
The error says "could not locate inf file c:\winnt\inf\wmp.inf". The still
cannot access the file in the program.

I can sign on under my profile and use the same application using her sign
on to the application. The vendor told us that since this was possible, then
we have TS issues. Please help. Thanks.

wpm.inf is the Windows Media Player installation file.
Does this application use WMP? Are normal users allowed to use WMP in
a TS session?
