Where is it again that you allow users to logon interactively? I can never
find this. In this case the Terminal Server is also a domain controller.

Microsoft's KB solutions have not worked.

In the Default Domain Controller Security Policy.

Computer configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local
policies - User right assignments - Allow logon locally

It ain't doing it. Set Logon Locally to Admins and domain users. Still
getting the message.
