Thinstar 400 and printing

I have a new customer with a Thinstar 400 and an attached printer, but
after a recent storm, they can no longer print to the printer, but the
printer seems to print fine when attached elsewhere. I am new to
terminals and can find no way to even troubleshoot this problem. I have
read the manuals, but am still lost, as I can not find anything to tell
me how to configure a printer. I read that I should go to
Administrative Tools, NCD Thinstar OS/NCD Thinstar Mangement printing,
but there is nothing like this on the server (there are other Thinstar
tools, but none that seem even remotely close to this). We cannot
contact their old tech about the software or this problem.

Can anyone tell me how specifically to configure a printer attached to
the Thinstar, or where I can go to find out how? Thinstar support
wants to charge a large amount of money for this support.

Since the thin-client OS is Windows CE, you can configure the client printer
via the RDP Control Panel on the thin-client. Then when you logon to
terminal server with a matching printer driver the client printer will be
autocreated in the user's session.

It looks like NCD ThinPath has some fancy management tools, so you'll
probably want to get the thin-client manual, which should detail everything.

I already do that the Thinstar manuals and they say nothing about
configuring the printer to the LPT port. That's the entire problem at
this point. How do I specifically configure this printer on this
terminal?

Did you try going into the terminal's control panel -> RDP -> Printers -> Add
Printer
