The administrator remote login is not working. A microsoft support member
told me to uninstall terminal services so that I could just administer the
one login. I did that and completely blew up Exchange running on that
computer and spent 7 hours fixing it.
Now that it is reinstalled I am back to square one. I get an error that says
the client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote connections might
not be enabled....
I know it is enabled because I checked it and even looked at users. Help,
please!!! This is a Windows Server 2003 running exchange 2003 on it. Thank
you!!

Do you mean that you intend to run Terminal Services (implied: in
application server mode) on an Exchange server? I would *very
strongly* recommend against this!
A Terminal Server is a multi-user workstation. Do you really want
your users to play around on your Exchange server?
Moreover, performance will take a big hit, with both the Exchange
and the Terminal Server services, since a TS is internally tuned
differently.

But maybe you just made the (very common) mistake to install
Terminal Services, while the only thing you want and need is Remote
administration? That would fit in with what the Microsoft support
member told you.
In W2K, you had to install TS to get Remote Administration, but in
2003, this is already pre-installed. You only have to enable it in
System - Remote (just like on an XP). When you installed TS, you
installed it in Application server mode. There is actually a *huge*
warning screen telling you so.

The only thing you can and should do is uninstall Terminal
Services. BUT: this probably blows up your Exchange server again,
especially if you installed Exchange after you installed TS.

Still, it's the only sensible thing to do. Install again from
scratch and do *not* install TS. You will end up with a stable
Exchange server, with Remote Desktop for Administration.
