I have 6 remote sights logging into TS, with about 40 users (palns are for
100). Just lately things were going okay until TS started getting the
following errors
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000
Date: 1/20/2005
Time: 4:24:15 PM
User: N/A
Computer:
Description:
Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 5.2.3790.0, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
Event Type: Error

Description:
Faulting application mgrntw.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module
mgrntw.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x001ec10c.
When users get the spoolsv error they are disconnected, this is happening on
a regular basis. I must not forget that the users are accessing a SQL DB over
TS.
The other problem is that all users can see everyone elses printers and this
is problematic as a Large print job was redirected today to a printer at
another sight.
If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
