Have users on a mixed environ of Wyse thin clients, XP, Windows 2000.
The desktop users use RDP client to connect to remote 2003 TS Server.
The server is set to allow active sessions to never expire and 3 hours
on inactive sessions. Users are experiencing being kicked to login
screen on their RDP client after 10 minutes of keeping RDP Window
minimized (inactive). Any thoughts / suggestions would be helpful,
have been troubleshooting this for a week now.

Mmmm. Are they actually disconnected / logged of from their sessions,
or is the screen saver kicking in?
How do their sessions show up in TS Administration when this happen?

If it's *not* a screen saver, then you can try to enable KeepAlives.

I'd suspect the default screen saver is activated, which has a 10 minute
timeout. Make sure there is no screen saver on the server console, or disable
them via GPO, and/or remove the screensaver files from the server.

Patrick,

Josh's post here is a duplicate. Please read his post and its
responses over in .terminal_services and see what you
think may be happening.

Thanks.
