I am running some Windows 2003 and 2000 terminal servers. Is there any easy
way of handling some maintenance and/or user help tasks built in to TSE?

For example, we want to empty all users recycle bins at the end of a month,
we want to empty all users temporary internet files each week, and we want
to manage users desktops without remote controlling or logging in as them -
ie, set color depth, screen resolution, icon sizes, etc.

thanks
