I have a functional VPN/TS setup & applications run properly. I have 98,
2000 & XP remote clients. All are using the lastest RDP to connect via TS.
All printer settings are set for Automatic. However, I cannot get local
client printing on any of the 5 local desktops. Server is Windows 2000 w/SP4
& running as a single server.

Are the printers autocreated in the TS session, but not functioning
properly, or are they not redirected at all?
Check your EventLog on the TS for the reason. Most likely there is no
native driver for these printers on the server, in which case you
have to map them to a native driver. Details here:
