I realize this may not be the right forum but it's the first I found. I have
only 1 Windows 2003 server problem is connecting to it with remote desktop.
Do I have to have terminal services running on this server? When I do I get a
no terminal services license everytime I try to connect. Is there another way
like with a client PC.
Thanks

If you only want to connect to the server for remote adminstration
purposes, then you should *not* have installed Terminal Services,
because that implies Application Server mode and requires a TS
Licensing Server and TS CALs.

Uninstall TS completely, reboot, and enable Remote Desktop for
Administration, in System - properties - Remote.
