Dear All,

Need your help.

Our branches are using terminal services to login to our server to access
data. Once the users have finished using the terminal services, they have
log off / disconnect the terminal services. I observered that user have been
disconnected quite long time already under Terminal Service Manager and
computer management (under session) BUT why the user instances still appear
show the status disconnect under Terminal Service Manager and Computer
Management ? The user Instances should be disappered once they have
disconnected the session. How to overcome this problem ?

Pls advised.

tq,
PL
