Internet Explorer Security / Profile Problem?

Via my W2k3 terminal server...

I have a web based application that launches a page to a local intranet web
server.
I get prompted to supply credentials to the resource:
Connecting to server.domain ----> bad (this does not happen when running the
software from a "fat" client)

I can go in by user to interenet security, sites, local intranet and add the
server url to the local intranet group and that will bypasses the login.

However, I'm certain there is a way for the default term server profile to
specify that the site is to be trusted in the local intranet zone for all
users -- such that I don't need to add it for each individual user.

What is the best practice for accomplishing this?

Thx in advance!!

I logged in as a "new" user, configured IE security to my liking, copied
that profile into the default user profile, and that seems to have fixed the
issue

This is what should be done "before" deploying TS.
