If I install the Remote Desktop Web Connection on my Windows Server 2003,
will I then be able to:

- take over the desktop of PC1 via SERVER1 on my PC2 via my Internet Explorer?
- resume a session whitout having to log on again in oder to take over the
desktop?

I'm not having an active DOMAIN on my network ...

Yes, you can logon to the TS, then open another session to your PC. If you
want to connect directly from your home computer to your office PC, you'd
either have to change the listening port on each internal PC, or use SBS
2003's Remote Web Workplace.
