Control Panel - System - Remote - Enable Remote Desktop for
Administration.
This will make it possible for you to connect from your client PC to
the Windows 2003 server and see the desktop on the server from your
PC. Is that what you want?
If you want it the other way around (managing the client PC from the
server), you need XP on the client, and enable Remote Desktop there,
in exactly the same way as described above.
