We currently have several W2k TSs and a DC that hold the TS Licensing Server
role. We want to slowly migrate our TSs to W2k3. I have a W2k3 DC already
where I would like to setup the TS Licensing Server.

My question is, during the migration period can I have keep my current W2k
TS Licensing server and have The W2k3 box host the TS Licensing server for
the new/migrated W2k3 TSs? i.e. can W2k and W2k3 TS Licensing servers
co-exist or will that cause me problems?

Yes, they can.
Since both Licensing Servers will be running on a DC, both will be
automatically discovered by the Terminal Servers. It could happen
that the 2003 LS also starts issueing "Existing Windows 2000 Per
Device TS CALs" to W2K Pro or XP Pro clients that connect to your
W2K TS, but that shouldn't be a problem.

2003 and W2K Ts and LS):
