Is there a way to increase the way graphics are displayed in a RDP session.
(i.e. more colors, better resolution, etc)

Nothing beyond the options on the Display tab in the rdp client.
If you are running W2K on the Terminal Server, you cannot get more
than 256 colors, irrespective of how you configure the client.
